Now-Tropical Storm Harvey has dumped a large amount of rain over Texas, and Houston has been hit unbelievably hard.  We all saw images over the weekend of the catastrophic flooding going on in Houston.  Many Louisianians relocated to Houston - some temporarily, some permanently - after Hurricane Katrina; and now they're experiencing it again.
