Free agent wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders was a man of many suitors, and according to ESPN’s Josina Anderson, has decided to bring his talents to New Orleans.

Sanders was a 3rd round pick in 2010 and began last season in Denver before getting traded to San Francisco.  He totaled 66 receptions for 869 yards and 5 touchdowns in  17 games as the 33-year-old did not get to enjoy a bye week. He torched the Saints in week 14, catching 7 passes for 157 yards and a touchdown and also threw a TD pass to RB Raheem Mostert.

ESPN also reports that it is a 2 year, $16 million deal worth up to $19 million. Sanders is entering his 12th season in the NFL and has made 601 receptions for 7,893 yards with 42 touchdowns in his career. He is a two-time Pro Bowler and was part of the the Broncos' Super Bowl 50 championship team. The 5ft11, 189 pound WR missed out on a 2nd SB ring in San Fran and must feel the Saints give him the best chance at a title this coming season.
