According to sources, the Saints will be moving P.J. Williams into to starting line-up opposite of cornerback Marshon Lattimore against the Falcons this Sunday. That means Ken Crawley is getting benched.

The Advocate’s Nick Underhill talked to Crawley in the locker room on Friday:

Williams was a 3rd round pick by New Orleans in 2015, but dealt with a number of injuries that kept him off the field his first two seasons. Then he got benched last year after the Panthers game after showing up late for a meeting when the team was in London getting ready to face the Dolphins.  Williams has been waiting for this opportunity to redeem himself and the Saints secondary needs some help after struggling a bit to open the season. Ironically, Crawley replaced Williams last year and now the tables have turned.
