The Saints signed and lost Dez Bryant in a span of 48 hours last week, so they were still in the market for a veteran wide receiver.  As excepted, ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter is reporting that New Orleans is bringing Brandon Marshall on board today:

Like Bryant, Marshall worked out last week for the team. He is 34 years old and was with the Seahawks to start this season before getting released.  He recorded 11 receptions for 136 yards and a touchdown in seven games with Seattle. Marshall dealt with an ankle injury in 2017 that limited him to just five games with the New York Giants.
