The NFL is holding a personnel combine for Colin Kaepernick this Saturday in Atlanta, but Saints head coach Sean Payton is more concerned with a game on Sunday then another quarterback for their roster.

“I won’t pay attention because it isn’t a need for us,” replied Payton when asked if he will pay attention to Kaep’s workout.

The Saints might have best trio of QBs in the NFL. Drew Brees, Teddy Bridgewater and the “Mormon Missile” Taysom Hill have helped the team earn 18 TDs (14 passing, 1 rushing, and 3 receiving).

Kaepernick last played for the San Francisco 49ers in 2016. In 12 games that season he completed 59% of his passes for 16 TDs and 4 INTs, also rushing for 468 yards and 2 scores. He has been out of a job since taking a knee during the national anthem to protest social injustice. Kaep was a 2nd round pick in 2011 and was on the losing end of Super Bowl XLVII in the Superdome. He is now 32 years old.
