Sadly, celebrating a trip to the Fiesta Bowl didn’t last too long for LSU head football coach Ed Orgeron. The game against UCF is January 1st but he already knows his 2 staring corners will be out against the undefeated Knights. Greedy Williams has declared for the NFL draft and Kristian Fulton is having ankle surgery.

There is reason to get the party re-started though because Devin White is in for one last ride along with his Tiger teammates.

The junior’s 112 tackles are second in the SEC, while his 12 tackles for a loss are 10th. White became just the 7th player in school history to record at least 100 tackles in back-to-back seasons. The linebacker is also one of five finalists for the Dick Butkus Award; which will be announced on Thursday.

The Fiesta Bowl is likely this cowboy’s last time playing as a member of the Tigers. White hasn’t declared for the draft yet, BUT is considered a top four linebacker in the 2019 class and a first-round pick.

LSU opened as a 6 point favorite in the party versus UCF on January 1st in Glendale, Arizona.  The Knights come into the match-up as self-proclaimed 2017 National Champions. They still haven't lost and are riding  a 25 game streak.
