The New Orleans Saints have had great success the past 3 seasons, but no Lombardi Trophy to show for it. Back-to-back-to-back brutal playoff exits left fans with heart troubles and stomach pains; so how do you think the players feel?

Dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic is only making getting ready for a championship run this season a lot more challenging, but left Terron Armstead knows there is only one thing left for the group to do.

“It’s got to be Super Bowl or Bust, in all honesty, said Armstead when asked the teams expectations.  “That’s it. There’s not really anything else past that, it’s Super Bowl or bust. If we don’t get to the “big dance” it was a failure of a season, that’s it.”

The team hasn’t gotten to do much of anything yet; just testing for the virus before getting physicals over the weekend. Armstead says players haven’t even been inside the building yet, and that getting to pass by teammates has been the highlight thus far.

“Still was that same excitement seeing guys,” said Armstead about entering his 8th training camp. “We had different testing times, but pulling up and going to test; by the time you take off, you see a few of the guys and it’s great. It’s like the first day of school seeing the guys again.”

He’ll get to see more of the guys starting Monday when the acclimatization period begins. Just strength and condition coaches are able to work with players. Walk-throughs are also permitted, without helmets.
