The high school football state championships continue today from the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, and WWL Radio will bring you all three games live with full play by play coverage.

The Division I title game starts at 11:30 a.m. with our pregame coverage and features a clash of two state powers.  The John Curtis Patriots face off against the Catholic (Baton Rouge) Bears.   The Patriots are trying to win their first Division I state championship while the Bears are looking for a second Cinderella run to a title in the last three seasons.

Next, it'll be the Class 4A championship game between two New Orleans area schools.  Perennial power Edna Karr is back in the Dome and will face off against the upstart, and undefeated, Lakeshore Titans.   Pregame on WWL Radio starts at 3:00 p.m. with kickoff at 3:30.

Finally, the Class 5A title game features two state powers who are back in the Dome.  The Hanville Tigers have scored two consecutive upsets in the playoffs to pave their way to the championship.  They'll face off against the Zachary Broncos who are back in the Superdome for the second time in three seasons.  Pregame is at 6:30 p.m. with kickoff following at 7:00.

Listen to all of our live coverage today beginning at 11:30 a.m. on WWL 870am/105.3fm, on our WWL Radio smartphone app, or online at
