The New Orleans Saints may have finished the season with a bit of a whimper, losing to the Tampa Bay Bucaneers 31-24, but they still won the NFC South thanks to some help from the Falcons. The Falcons beat the Carolina Panthers 22-10, allowing the Saints to edge out the Panthers for the division title.

The Saints (11-5) tied the Panthers (11-5) atop the division standings, but New Orleans wins the tiebreaker due to having swept the season series between the two teams.

The Saints locked up the #4 seed into the NFC playoffs, and they'll get a rematch against those Panthers next weekend at home in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in the Wild Card round on Sunday at 3:40 p.m. CST.

If the Saints win that game they'll advance to play in either Philadelphia or Minnesota the following week in the Divisional round.
