The NCAA has denied the appeal of LSU cornerback Kristian Fulton, who will now serve the second year of his two year suspension for tampering with a drug test.  The news was first reported by The Advocate.

Fulton's attorney, Don Jackson, said that his client will now seek a waiver from the NCAA.

The former #1 CB prospect out of Rummel High School in New Orleans had been practicing with the first and second team units for the Tigers.  It seems like any hope Fulton could play this season is squashed by today's news.

LSU is less than a month away from their season opener, a battle against the Miami Hurricanes in Arlington, TX on Sunday, Sept. 2.
