Saints RB Alvin Kamara assures us that he's ready to go this week after suffering a concussion last week against the Falcons.

"Nothing lingering. When I got in the locker room (Thursday) I was good.  You have to follow the concussion protocol," Kamara said after practice.

He says he's just trying to pick up where he left off, and admitted he feels like he hasn't played in a while despite the fact he missed 3.5 quarters of one game. Kamara has been a huge part of the Saints offense after arriving to the team as the Saints third round draft pick in April.

"What he's done as a rookie is pretty special.  He gives the Saints offense a dimension that is unique that very few players can replace," explained the Cajun Cannon Bobby Hebert.

The list of walking wounded players is shrinking a bit for the Saints with Kamara returning to practice this week.  By in large the Saints are a pretty healthy team entering week 15 of the season.  LB A.J Klein (groin) missed practice for the second time this week, along with DE Trey Hendrickson (ankle).  Both suffered their injuries in the loss to Atlanta.  It was good to see WR Ted Ginn Jr (ribs) back on the practice field in a limited fashion on Thursday.  Ginn missed practice on Wednesday, after taking a pretty big shot late in the fourth quarter against the Falcons. S Kenny Vaccaro (groin), TE Josh Hill (shoulder) and G Anrus Peat (groin) were limited in practice.  Vaccaro said last week he's feels confident he should be able to play this week.
