27 – New Orleans Saints – *****TRADE******

The Saints are in a prime position to trade back at the end of round 1 or into round 2. The Denver Broncos are in a quarterback market and with Lamar Jackson still on the board. I could see where the Saints could get the Broncos 2nd round pick (40th overall) and the Broncos 3rd rounder 71st overall.  Denver has two third round picks, along with two in the 4th and two in the 5th.  This makes more and more sense to me the more I think about it. If this trade happens it would give the Saints the 40th overall pick. Two third round picks, one fourth rounder, two fifth rounder’s, and a seventh rounder. You can basically get the same player at 40 as you were trying to get at No. 27.  The Saint shave done plenty of homework on the Tight End position in the draft and will have plenty of options.
