Organized Team Activities can typically be mundane and rather boring.  It's hot and it's the off-season with no opponent looming to sharpen the concentration.  That wasn't the case today at Saints camp.

Today's practice was highly competitive especially in team drills.  WR Mike Thomas was matched up against Eli Apple on a contested pass, Thomas came down with the football and threw it right back in Apple's face.  Saints defensive back's coach Aaron Glenn chastised Apple, shouting, "Don't let him do that to you, throw it right back in his face next time."

Saints running back Alvin Kamara missed practice due to what Sean Payton described as a stomach bug.  Defensive ends Cam Jordan and Marcus Davenport were full participants in team drills.  Last week both were held out of practice.

The "Mormon Missile," QB Taysom Hill, might have an even bigger roll this season.  We saw Hill take snaps at just about every offensive position last year aside from offensive line.  Hill returned kicks, made tackles on special teams and more.  "I wouldn't be surprised if Hill ends up being a third or fourth receiver in some packages.  He's that good of a football player.  He can be a weapon as a receiver too," explained the Cajun Cannon Bobby Hebert.
