The Saints are slowly, but surely, getting healthier for the playoffs.

Every Saints player available practiced today ahead of Sunday's clash with the Panthers in the Wildcard round of the playoffs.

DE Trey Hendrickson (ankle) was limited in practice and says the plan is for him to play this week.

The following players were also limited in practice today for the Saints:

LT Terron Armstead (thigh)
WR Michael Thomas (hamstring)
TE Josh Hill (shoulder)
CB Justin Hardee (foot)
OG Senio Kalemete (knee)
TE Michael Hoomanawanui (concussion).

Hooman, Hendrickson and Armstead all missed the game last week against Tampa, but the playoffs are "all hands on deck."  This is the time when regardless of what's ailing a player; if they can play, they're going to play.

Take nothing for granted. You never know when you're going to be back in the playoffs.  That is simply the approach from the Saints this week as the get ready for the Panthers.

"I prepare for every game like it's going to be my last," Saints QB Drew Brees said.

That's really the approach for Brees each and every week.

"For me the preparation is no different," he added.

The players are trying to prepare for every situation and every possibility this week ahead of their third meeting with Carolina this season.

"You don't just look at the games you played, you look at the last four of five weeks and things that are trending for them and things they like and don't like." explained DT Sheldon Rankins.

Each team will have some new "wrinkles" for this week. Whoever comes up with the most might end up winning the game.
