Shooting spree wounds 4 in St. Charles Parish

A shooting spree wounded four people that began outside a St. Rose restaurant and carried over into a neighborhood nearby.

According to the St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Office, several people were in front of the Howling Pepper on Turtle Creek Lane when shots were fired injuring three peopls.

Right after that another person was shot in the 100 block of St. Rose Avenue, less than a mile away. Police say the two shootings are connected.

According to the St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Office, both shootings happened less than a mile apart around 6 p.m.

Of the four victims, three are being treated at UMC, one is being treated at Ochsner in Kenner. One is in critical condition.

The victims have not been identified by police but they said that one is under the age of 17.  Two of the victims are father and son.

No arrests have been made, but police are speaking with one suspect.
