Authorities in Orange County, Florida say a disgruntled former worker at an industrial business returned the Orlando area workplace and opened fire with a gun.

Five people and the shooter are reportedly dead.

Orange County Sheriff Jerry Demings says the 45-year-old man was fired in April.

Listen to the news conference:

The sheriff says seven people survived the shooting.

It happened at the facility operated by Fiamma Inc.  The company produces RV accessories.

The sheriff says the shooter was involved in a previous workplace violence incident.  He was previously accused of battering another employee at the business. He was not charged in that case.
