While we wait for Drew Brees to announce whether he's coming back to New Orleans or moving on from the NFL, let's see what the Saints' odds are for being in Super Bowl LV.

The Saints aren't the leading favorites to win or even represent the NFC next season, but their in the top third.

"At this point, they're at 16:1, or +1600 odds, which has them tied for sixth or seventh, I believe," said Scott Cooley, director of Cool Media PR, who has been tracking the early odds for next year's Super Bowl. "They're really right there, you know, they're in the same tier as the New England Patriots, the Green Bay Packers, and the Pittsburgh Steelers."

Unsurprisingly, bettors favor the two teams who were just in it -- with gamblers favoring San Francisco this time around, then Kansas City.

"The 49ers and the Chiefs are the two top dogs," said Cooley, with the Baltimore Ravens up next. "They're the only three teams on the board right now that have less than 10:1 odds."

But Cooley says bettors will probably start changing the odds on the Saints once Drew Brees announces his decision about his future.
