A man found shot to death where Perrier St. meets Exposition Blvd. at Audubon Park was a St. Augustine grad and local entrepreneur, The Times-Picayune | New Orleans Advocate reports.

Family and friends told the publication that Devin Espadron was the man found shot multiple times in the 6300-block of Perrier St. shortly after 11:15 p.m. Tuesday.

Espadron co-founded Element Beverage Co. with a St. Aug classmate in 2015. The success of the company got Espadron listed as one of Gambit's "40 Under 40" list of up-and-comers in the region.

Police say anyone with information on Espadron's killing should Det. Walter Edmond at (504) 658-5300 or call Crimestoppers at (504) 822-1111 or toll free at (877) 903-7867 (STOP). Callers to Crimestoppers do not have to leave their names and may be eligible for a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest and indictment.
