New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton told reporters at the NFL owners meeting in Phoenix that they will vote on whether or not replay can be used to review missed penalties.

The Saints were victimized by a missed call and inability to review it in the NFC Championship Game, and it likely cost the Black & Gold a second trip to the Super Bowl.

"When you talk about adding a flag to a play, there will be concern by owners, but I’m concerned about this happening again," Payton said.

Payton said when the fans have a better view of the action on the field than the officials, changes will have to be made, although he said he's not sure the owners are ready to go along with it just yet.
