There is one less man competing for a spot in the Saints running back rotation.  The team has released Terrance West as they get ready to head out to Los Angles for joint practices with the Chargers.

The 27 year old ran for 26 yards on 2 carries in the loss to Arizona, but it has been pretty evident of late that Jonathan Williams is the lead back to fill in during Mark Ingram's four game suspension.

The Saints begin joint workouts with the Bolts Wednesday; and Zach Strief, Deuce McAllister, and myself will be bringing you the latest from the West Coast on Sports Talk with Bobby Hebert & Kristian Garic.
