6 months after a man died while in the custody of Jefferson Parish authorities, the NAACP is demanding answers saying nothing has been done.  The President of the Jefferson chapter Gaylor Spiller, says nothing has been done yet in the death of 22 year old Keeven Robinson.  She is calling it a racial case.

"Just let me be clear on something, if this was someone other than the detectives and someone who was white, yes I said it, they would be treated differently," Spiller said.  "They would have been arrested and charged."

Robinson was the subject of a drug sting back in May.  Undercover agents chased Robinson,  and when he was caught a struggle ensued.

The coroner later determined that Robinson's death was a homicide, citing significant trauma to his neck.
