Want to see The Rolling Stones' concert at the 50th New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, but missed your chance to buy tickets back in January? You're in luck -- if you have $250 and some fast fingers, or time to hang out at the Smoothie King Center box office.

The fest will release what it says is a "very limited" number of tickets starting at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 27. Tickets for $250 will be available at www.nojazzfest.com and www.ticketmaster.com, or at the Smoothie King Center box office.

Anticipating high demand and a massive crowd at the Acura stage when the Stones perform at 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 2, the fest deliberately limited sales for that day. All available tickets, including WWOZ Brass Passes and VIP tickets, sold out within hours.

General admission tickets for all other days of the fest are available, and "locals Thursday" this year is also the fest's opening day, April 25, Tickets purchased at the gate will cost only $50 for Louisiana residents with valid ID, limit two per resident.
