When it comes to retiring, are people waiting longer to leave the job?  One expert says some folks find it hard to leave a job they enjoy.

UNO Business Professor Mark Rosa says people are living longer and they are more productive in their later years given the advancements in medicine.

"I see people well into their seventies, that are working, that are holding the positions that they've had, they've accumulated the benefits, they've accumulated their salary and their position over time, and they are at the peak of their career," he said.

So Rosa says it becomes hare do walk away from it and say I'm going to replace all the benefits and peripherals that sometimes come with a position.

"Many are responding by saying, 'what am I supposed to do,'" said Rosa.  "I'm going to leave the office, I'm gonna leave the job that I enjoy work that I like, and do what?"

So Rosa says it becomes hare do walk away from it and say I'm going to replace all the benefits and peripherals that sometimes come with a position.
