The National Champion LSU Fighting Tigers made their White House trip today to meet the president. President Donald Trump talked about the team's greatness this season, perhaps the greatest of all time.

"This LSU team will long be remembered as one of the greatest in college football history and I just want to say congratulations and go Tigers, go Tigers."

The team presented the president with a #45 LSU jersey. When quarterback Joe Burrow presented the jersey, Mr. Trump joked that he thought he was giving him the Heisman Trophy.

"We got a little jersey for you right here," said Burrow. "I'm sorry, you can't have my Heisman."

The president praised LSU and head coach Ed Orgeron for their 15-0 season and a job he called "incredible."
