The Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office says it has arrested one man in a shooting death in Metairie last week and wants the public's help in identifying and finding another.
Investigators say 30-year-old Carlos Osorio-Frias shot and killed a man at 105 Raspberry Lane after the two got into an argument and fight.
"Our Homicide Section is also seeking the public's assistance in identifying an additional individual (pictured below) who is wanted for questioning in connection with the incident," said Lt. Jason Rivarde with the sheriff's office.
