A grand jury today indicted the man accused of killing Jefferson Parish tow truck driver "Big Lee" on a charge of 2nd-degree murder.

78-year-old Wayne Higgins allegedly shot Lee Martin on May 5.

The men lived next to each other on Bonnabel Blvd in Metairie and cops say they had been involved in a year-long spat resulting in Higgins allegedly shooting Martin to death after an argument in the driveway.

Higgins remains in jail on a $500,000 bond.
