Formal charges in case of camera in company bathroom at Smoothie King

The Jefferson Parish District Attorney has brought formal charges in the case of a camera in a restroom at Smoothie King headquarters in Metairie.

Prosecutors have charged 43-year-old Ronald Fusilier Jr. with felony video voyeurism.

He allegedly put the camera under a bathroom cabinet at the company's offices when he worked for Smoothie King.

Investigators identified six women who they say had been secretly recorded in the restroom.  They ranged in age from 33 to 58.

One of the woman said she noticed a light under the cabinet.  Then she found the camera.

Fusilier now faces a total of nine counts of felony video voyeurism.  He was arrested last year.
