I-10 may be crowded this weekend, with Florida Gators fans headed for Baton Rouge, and the Who Dat Nation trekking to Jacksonville.

LSU hosts Florida Saturday night. Both teams are in the AP Top 10, and the game is already drawing a lot of hype. ESPN will broadcast its College Gameday program live from LSU's campus, and the game will be featured on the sports network in prime time.

With the attention surrounding the game, local tourism officials say they expect Gators fans to spend some time in the Crescent City before the game in Baton Rouge.

"My sense is that you'll get a lot of people coming a little bit earlier than the weekend and enjoying New Orleans and all that it offers," said Mark Romig, President and CEO of the New Orleans Tourism and Marketing Corporation. "A lot of people coming from the east over into Louisiana."

The following Sunday, the New Orleans Saints are in Jacksonville to play the Jaguars. Patty Winters with VisitJacksonville says they're ready to welcome them.

"You can go watch the game on Sunday but maybe Saturday you can head out, explore some of our parks, or better yet, go to the beach," said Winters. "It's still summer in Florida, so it's beach day every day."

Winters said this weekend, Jacksonville is hosting its annual Beaches Oktoberfest , featuring three stages of entertainment and more than 30 different kinds of beer on the Jacksonville beach.
