FLASH FLOOD WARNING
 A FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 230 PM CDT FOR WEST CENTRAL ORLEANS AND NORTH CENTRAL JEFFERSON PARISHES...
     At 136 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rainfall has been
     diminishing. However, many streets remain flooded between Gentilly
     to the Industrial Canal. Up to two inches of rain have already
     fallen and heavy rain may return.
     Some locations that will experience flooding include...
     New Orleans, Metairie, Jefferson, Gretna, Westwego, Bridge City,
     Elmwood and Arabi.

At 141 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain continue across the area from Destrehan to Norco. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen and an additional inch or 2 will be possible. Flash flooding is likely ongoing in locations across the area.
     Some locations that will experience flooding include...
     Hahnville, Killona, Norco, Paradis, Des Allemands, Montz, Luling,
     Boutte, Bayou Gauche, Destrehan, Taft, New Sarpy, St. Rose and Ama.
