A massive fire at the ExxonMobil refinery in north Baton Rouge is now extinguished.

The fire started late Wednesday night but firefighters were able to put the fire out by 7 a.m. this morning. No one was hurt and the cause of the fire is being investigated.

"ExxonMobil has been working in conjunction with the Baton Rouge Fire Department HazMat team to conduct air quality monitoring," ExxonMobil spokesperson Megan Manchester tells WWLV. "And thus far all those results all have been below the detection limit, so, there is no community impact as a result of this incident."
